Lodge Room for Wedding Ceremony $300.00
Mt. Madonna Lounge (Limited Usage) $500.00
Deposit Requirements: $1,000.00 (Non-refundable
if event is cancelled) Will be applied to final bill.
Service Charge:
Buffet 15% Served Dinners 18%
Corkage per bottle $ 10.00
Cake Cutting Service $ 25.00 per server
Sales Tax (Santa Clara County) 8.25%
Menu selection(s) required 30 days prior to date of event
Payment of Estimated Invoice due eight (8) days prior to date of
event.
No food or beverages allowed to be brought in or taken
out of the Gilroy Lodge on the Hill. Exceptions
include: wedding cakes, candy, cider, wine or champagne (corkage
fee applies).
In compliance with California State Law Security is required for
any event held at the Lodge.
